Trip Request

When you request a trip, we gather important details such as travel dates, times, departure location (including custom places like private yards for helicopter charter), wait time at the destination for round trips, and any overnight stays. We also collect passenger information, including names, weights, and details about luggage dimensions and weights, to ensure a safe and customized experience tailored to your needs.

Estimating Your Trip

Using the details you provide, we create a customized quote tailored specifically to your trip. Our team analyzes factors like weather conditions, travel times, landing zone permissions, and FAA flight plans to ensure a smooth and efficient journey. We also perform risk assessments based on our stringent safety policies and conduct weight and balance calculations to comply with FAA and manufacturer requirements. This meticulous process guarantees a safe, personalized travel experience.

Enjoy Your Trip!

Leading up to your flight, the pilot will provide updates regarding weather conditions and connect with you on the day of travel to brief you on the aircraft's safety procedures. Once that’s complete, you’ll be ready to fly! For round trips, the pilot will stay nearby to ensure the aircraft is ready to depart at the scheduled return time. If you experience delays, you can contact the pilot to adjust the departure More details about trip changes can be found in our charter policies.

Additional
Costs

At CCA we prioritize integrity and transparency. Rather than hiding fees in our pricing as many other charter providers do, we want you to be informed of what you will be paying for!

Airport Fees

Airports will charge various fees for aircraft movements and overnight storage. These will be factored into the estimate but may change if there are diversions, itinerary changes, or overnights added on.

Overnight Trips

If your trip will include an overnight stay, we can plan to schedule the aircraft and pilot to stay as well. This usually is more cost-effective than paying for two extra legs to return home and then flying back to pick you up.

Pilot Fees

For extended trips, there may be fees included for pilot expenses and standby time. This will vary on the length of the trip.
