Customers must call 610-384-9005 or email fly@chestercountyaviation.com to schedule their experience after purchase. We may request the names, dates of birth, weight, and contact information for all passengers or guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Customers may reschedule their flight up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. Excessive rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We appreciate your understanding with this, as our aircraft are heavily booked and are disrupted by reschedules and cancellations.
